The Acoustic Key to the Delphi Mirror
PrimaSounds, Pythiaโs Wisdom, and Practical Wisdom in the Age of AI
By Ralph Losey
I. Introduction: Sound and Sign in the Silicon Deluge
AI systems can generate fluent language at extraordinary speed. That power is useful, but fluency is not understanding, and speed is not wisdom. A machine can produce an answer without having a body, a life, or responsibility for what follows.
The more automated language surrounds us, the more important it becomes to preserve the human capacities that should not be outsourced: attention, bodily awareness, ethical judgment, and lived experience. The ancient Greeks used the word phronesis for practical wisdom, the ability to join knowledge with judgment and responsible action.
This article brings together two distinct tools that serve that purpose in different ways. PrimaSounds is human-created music and a practice of inner listening. No AI is used to create the music. Pythia’s Wisdom is a separate, AI-assisted oracle for symbolic reflection and contemplative dialogue. PrimaSounds may help quiet the verbal mind and deepen bodily attention. Pythiaโs Wisdom may help a person examine a question through metaphor, counterargument, and reflection.

The two belong together, but they should not be confused.
PrimaSounds prepares the field.
Pythia helps focus the question.
Life tests the answer.
The roots of this approach go back to Vienna in 1971, when I met Professor Arnold Keyserling and Wilhelmine โWillyโ Keyserling. Arnold was the son of Count Hermann Keyserling, founder of the School of Wisdom in Darmstadt. Arnold and Willy had studied with George Gurdjieff in Paris. Arnold later spent time at J. G. Bennettโs Institute in England. Arnoldโs long search for the lost chord eventually led to the five-tone scale that became the foundation of PrimaSounds.
Molly and I attended an early presentation of the music in Willyโs yoga studio in Vienna. Arnold explained his theory in German to the other students, and I could follow very little. My classes with Arnold at the Institute of European Studies had been in English, with other American students. Willy then played the newly constructed Chakraphone. I felt the low, unfamiliar tones as well as heard them.
Afterward, Arnold told me I had been fortunate. Because I did not understand his words, I had not become trapped in trying to follow the theory and could experience the music directly through my body. Only later did I understand his point. I came to value hands-on, disciplined work as an expression of phronesis: wisdom grounded in experience and carried into action. That lesson has guided my work in legal technology and music for more than fifty years.
When I first heard what Arnold called introversive music, I was twenty years old, a junior at Vanderbilt University studying abroad, and far less knowledgeable than I imagined. Arnold and Willy nevertheless welcomed Molly and me. They lived simply, taught generously, and rejected authoritarian spiritual hierarchy. Their teaching came through ideas, yoga, exercises, conversation, laughter, wine, admonishment, and silence. Arnold refused to become my guru. His insistence on spiritual democracy turned my admiration into practice and personal responsibility.

II. The Science of the Seventh Harmonic: Bridging Vibration and Consciousness
To understand PrimaSounds, Arnold Keyserling would always begin with the physics of acoustics. Every musical tone is composed of a fundamental frequency and a series of overtones or partials that vibrate in whole-number ratios above it (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and so on). When these overtones are reduced into the span of a single octave, they form the familiar intervals of Western music: the octave (2:1), the fifth (3:2), and the major third (5:4). These intervals shaped the historical development of musical consonance, instrument design, and auditory expectation in the West. However, the interval corresponding to the seventh partialโthe 7:4 ratio, known as the harmonic seventh or septimal minor seventhโhas been historically squeezed out of Western music. This interval represents the place where standard mathematical adjustments and natural resonance part ways.
Standard Western temperament divides the octave into twelve equal logarithmic steps, where each semitone is multiplied by the twelfth root of two (approximately 1.059463). While this mathematical compromise, calculated with great precision by Chinese mathematician Zhu Zaiyu in 1584 and later celebrated by keyboard tuners in 18th-century Europe, allowed keyboards to play in any key, it did so by sacrificing the pure mathematical relationships of natural harmonics.
The harmonic seventh sits at approximately 968.8 cents (a cent is a small logarithmic unit where 1200 cents make an octave, and 100 cents make one piano semitone). The equal-tempered minor seventh used on modern pianos is 1000 cents, making the pure harmonic seventh about 31 cents lower, nearly one-third of a semitone. To an ear trained on equal temperament, the pure seventh harmonic may sound strikingly low, almost out of tune. That displacement may interrupt learned musical expectations. This is a listening hypothesis, not established evidence that the interval has an extraordinary power to bypass cognition.
Arnold Keyserlingโs genius was recognizing that the seventh harmonic is the unique acoustic link that Western music had lost. By immersing himself in Joseph Matthias Hauerโs twelve-tone music theory, Pythagorean number theory, and Eastern meditative traditions, Keyserling constructed a brand-new five-tone scaleโA, E, I, O, Uโnamed after the five human vowels. This scale was designed around the pure 7:4 interval.

In the 1980s, although barely understanding all of this, I wrote some of my first computer software programs to generate these precise frequencies. I was able to translate Keyserling’s theories into a robust body of recorded music. My focus was highly practical: using oscilloscopes, frequency counters, and high-fidelity synthesizers (such as the Ensoniq VFX keyboard, which allows individual-key retuning) to design thousands of entirely new instrument sounds. By slowly layering these sustained, low-frequency overtones, I realized we could create an immersive sound field where the room itself becomes an acoustic resonator and the human body becomes the physical receiver. I finally understood what Arnold had been talking about.
Transduction is the conversion of energy from one form to another. Speakers convert electrical signals into mechanical movement and pressure waves in air. The ear converts those pressure waves into mechanical motion within the cochlea and then into electrochemical signals carried through the auditory system. Low-frequency sound may also be felt through the floor, furniture, skin, chest, and bone, especially when reproduced through strong speakers, subwoofers, or body transducers. These processes help explain whole-body listening, but they do not by themselves establish a unique PrimaSounds mechanism.
Many listeners, myself included, report that slow, sustained PrimaSounds tones can support calm, inward attention, slower breathing, and a reduced stream of verbal self-talk. These experiences may involve acoustics, breathing, attention, expectation, setting, and nervous-system regulation. The specific mechanisms have not been established for PrimaSounds.
One plausible hypothesis is that the music may support an autonomic shift for some listeners. In a quiet, safe setting, slow sustained sound, breathing, attention, expectation, and reduced external stimulation may all contribute to lower arousal and greater relaxation. PrimaSounds has not been clinically shown to trigger a specific sympathetic-to-parasympathetic transition, so I treat this as a working explanation rather than a proven mechanism.
Human consciousness is experiential, active, and multidimensional. Some listeners, including me, report that slow, unfamiliar overtones reduce verbal self-talk and open a sense of inner silence. That experience may involve attention, breathing, expectation, setting, and nervous-system regulation. I use the 7:4 interval as a musical key for this practice, but I do not claim that it has been proven to โunlock parasympathetic awareness.โ The phrase โthe mind moves from time to spaceโ is a metaphor for the felt shift.

III. The Four States of Consciousness: A Practical Meditation Companion
Somatic listening is not a passive escape; it is an active discipline of attention. Over five decades of composing, recording, and conducting listening experiments in my studio (the โPrima Labโ), I have used four recurring modes to describe what some listeners report: relaxation, energizing, peak experience, and visionary experience. They are a practical map drawn from personal observation, not four scientifically established states or guaranteed medical outcomes.
Safe listening: Listen at a comfortable volume in a quiet, safe setting, never while driving or doing anything that requires full outward attention. Louder is not deeper. If the sound feels painful, disorienting, or overwhelming, lower the volume or stop. For more detailed listening instructions, see PrimaSounds: the Art of Inner Listening.
- Relaxation and Stress Reduction: The first and simplest mode begins when we sit or lie down comfortably in a safe place, close our eyes, and let the slow bass waves wash over us. In a society driven by clock-time and constant deadlines, the music can act as a friction brake. It gives the restless verbal mind something physical and slow to track. Many listeners report that their shoulders drop, throat softens, and breath slows as they focus on whole-body listening. These changes are consistent with reduced arousal and parasympathetic regulation, but PrimaSounds-specific causal effects have not been clinically established.
- Energizing and Felt Vitality: Once relaxed, the listener can move deeper into sensing the body’s natural bioelectric and rhythmic flows. In older vocabularies, this state was associated with Chi, Prana, or Chakras. In modern, grounded language, we call it felt vitality. You begin to notice where the vibrations physically gatherโwhether they seem to touch your stomach, chest, throat, or head. A highly effective practice in this stage is gentle, sustained vocal humming. Choosing a comfortable tone and letting your own voice join the sound field makes the body’s internal resonance highly tangible. When your voice approaches the tone, the acoustic beating slows, centering your focus, expanding your breath, and making you fully present in the ‘now.’
- Peak Experience and Pure Awareness: With practice, some listeners may experience moments they describe as profound inner quiet or unity. These moments can have a sacred, transcendent quality, which William James described as โstates of insight into depths of truth unplumbed by the discursive intellect.โ The active commentator may grow quiet while awareness feels clear and spacious. I had several such experiences while studying with the Keyserlings in Vienna and while alone with Molly in Delphi. They are personally meaningful experiences, not proof that self-talk is separate from intelligence or that consciousness has any particular metaphysical size.
- Visionary Experience and Active Imagination: For some, the deep, rich overtones evoke waking dreams, active imagination, and symbolic journeys. These visionary experiences are emphasized most strongly in my third album, Gate Keeper. In my own life, such states have led to memorable insights and real-world experiences. I remained aware that they were visions and observed them with some detachment. That is my experience, not a guarantee or a clinical distinction. Visionary material should always be integrated with sobriety, grounding, and clear thinking.
Some people may find that a brief PrimaSounds session helps them become calmer and more attentive before consulting Pythiaโs Wisdom. PrimaSounds is not required, however. The essential preparation is to slow down, reduce distraction, and approach the consultation with attention and responsibility.

A Memorable Group Listening Experience
Ginger was initially tense when she entered my room and could smell my dogs. While the group remained quiet and the handlers controlled the setting, she gradually stopped pacing, sat, and then lay down. I began a PrimaSounds recording at very low volume. She curled up and appeared to sleep; we could see movement beneath her closed eyelids. I experienced a profound sense of communion and felt the pantherโs powerful presence. We then watched her calm awakening as the music ended. These observations cannot establish what caused her behavior. The quiet room, passage of time, handler control, fatigue, familiarity, and music may all have contributed. When Ginger remained relaxed, the handlers allowed me to move closer, touch her, and then stroke her. She began to purr loudly, like a giant house cat. The handlers told us they had heard her do that with them, but not previously in a group. Later, everyone was permitted to approach under handler supervision. I would not call this โtamingโ; it was a memorable, closely controlled interaction with a wild animal.
The event reminded me of the stories of Orpheus and the wild beasts, which is one reason I arranged the experience. Everyone in the circle felt calm, happy, and connected. It was my best birthday. This is a personal anecdote, not controlled evidence that PrimaSounds calms wild animals.
Below is a photo of Molly and me after this supervised encounter with Ginger. I carry that memory and its peaceful feeling with me still.

IV. The Art of Oracular Prompting: Questions, Symbols, and the AI Mirror
The ancient sanctuary of Apollo at Delphi was one of the most influential centers of consultation in the Greek world. Individuals and communities brought difficult questions to the Pythia, the priestess who delivered the oracleโs responses. The surviving accounts do not reveal one uniform method. Some responses were comparatively direct. Others were ambiguous, symbolic, or capable of more than one interpretation.
The enduring lesson is not that an oracle should decide a personโs life. It is that a sign requires interpretation. Heraclitus wrote that the lord whose oracle was at Delphi โneither speaks out nor conceals, but signifies.โ Plutarch later preserved and discussed this saying. The Delphic tradition is also associated with the simple and inexhaustible command: โKnow Thyself.โ
A direct command can end thought. A symbol can hold several possibilities open long enough for reflection and judgment to begin. The consultant must interpret the sign, consider the circumstances, and accept responsibility for whatever follows.
Pythiaโs Wisdom is a modern, ChatGPT-assisted guide designed to evoke this reflective dimension of the ancient oracle. It does not predict the future, make decisions for you, or replace personal judgment. It uses generative AI to produce questions, metaphors, counterarguments, alternative interpretations, and unexpected connections. It is a mirror made of language.
Large language models learn patterns and relationships from large amounts of information. That makes them capable of generating useful comparisons, symbols, and alternative framings. It does not make them conscious, clairvoyant, or acquainted with your subconscious. Their responses may be illuminating, but they may also be false, flattering, simplistic, or misleading. OpenAI itself describes these models as learning patterns from large collections of information and using those patterns to generate responses.
The user must supply what the machine lacks: lived experience, values, moral responsibility, bodily awareness, and the courage to act. That division is central to Pythiaโs Wisdom and to the larger relationship between Pythia and PrimaSounds. PrimaSounds is music made without AI. Pythiaโs Wisdom is an AI-assisted tool for symbolic reflection. They belong together, but they should not be confused.
Before beginning, decide what kind of help you are seeking. If you need factual information, ask for sources and independently verify the answer. If you seek symbolic reflection, say so clearly. A metaphor may reveal something important without being literally true. Confusing symbolic meaning with factual knowledge is one of the easiest ways to misuse an AI oracle.
A short PrimaSounds session may help quiet the verbal mind and prepare attention, but it is not required. The essential preparation is to slow down, reduce distraction, and enter the consultation deliberately.
The following are six common mistakes people make when approaching an AI mirror, together with prompts designed to correct them.
1. Mistaking Complexity for Depth
Many people approach AI with long, highly analytical, or technically convoluted prompts because they assume complexity will produce profundity. Sometimes complexity is necessary, especially when a problem has many facts or technical dimensions. But in self-reflection, elaborate language can also conceal the real question.
The oracle does not award points for footnotes. The best prompts often wear the simplest robes.
A good reflective prompt identifies the tension plainly and allows the dialogue to deepen gradually. Do not try to explain your entire life in the opening question. Begin with the pressure point.
Plain-Language Prompt:
What would this question sound like if spoken plainly by my younger self? I am carrying tension about [describe the issue simply]. Restate the core question in one sentence. Then ask me three short clarifying questions, one at a time, before offering any interpretation.
This approach allows the question to emerge through dialogue rather than burying it beneath explanation.
2. Seeking Certainty and Avoiding Responsibility
Some people ask AI to make their most important choices for them: whether to leave a relationship, quit a job, move, confront someone, or begin a new path.
The AI has no body, no family, no mortality, no professional duties, and no personal consequences. It cannot carry the result of the decision. It cannot take responsibility for your life.
It cannot steal your agency, but you can hand it over.
Pythiaโs Wisdom should clarify a decision, not make it. It can help identify competing values, overlooked risks, emotional resistance, and uncertainties. The final judgment must remain yours.
Responsibility Prompt:
I stand before a difficult choice between X and Y. Do not decide for me. Help me separate the facts, uncertainties, risks, values, and responsibilities involved. Using a Stoic lens, identify what is within my control, what is outside it, and what responsibility I may be resisting.
The goal is not certainty. The goal is a more honest encounter with freedom and responsibility.
3. Demanding a Binary Answer
Questions framed as โShould I do X or Y?โ often contain a hidden assumption that only two paths exist.
Real life is rarely so cooperative. There may be a third option, a temporary option, a hybrid, a delay, a change in sequence, or a different way of defining the problem. AI can be especially useful for generating these branches because it can rapidly explore alternative framings.
Branching possibilities can serve as a useful metaphor. They are not scientific predictions of which future will occur. The model generates scenarios, not destinies.
Branching-Possibilities Prompt:
I currently see only two choices, X and Y. Identify the assumptions that make this situation appear binary. Generate at least three realistic alternatives, including a hybrid approach, a deliberate delay, and a reframing of the original problem. Explain the likely tradeoffs, but do not predict which future will occur.
The purpose is not to multiply choices endlessly. It is to escape a false limitation and see the actual range of responsible action.
4. Looking Only Outward or Only Inward
Some prompts focus entirely on external facts: another personโs conduct, workplace politics, money, family conflict, health, or practical logistics. Other prompts make the opposite mistake and treat every external difficulty as a projection of an inner wound or archetype.
Both approaches can distort reality.
Some conflicts are primarily external. Another person may be behaving badly. A contract may be unfair. A medical problem may require professional care. A financial calculation may simply be wrong.
At the same time, external situations often activate internal fears, desires, memories, values, and recurring patterns. Good reflection considers both levels without confusing them.
Symbolic or archetypal language may help, but it should not replace factual analysis.
Two-Level Prompt:
Analyze this situation on two separate levels. First, identify the external facts, unknowns, practical constraints, and conduct of the people involved. Second, identify my possible fears, desires, values, assumptions, and recurring patterns. Keep the two levels separate before explaining where they may interact. Finally, offer one symbolic image and at least two possible interpretations of it.
This prompt permits symbolic depth without making the external world disappear.
5. Coming to the Oracle Pre-Answered
One of the most common mistakes is asking an apparently open question while secretly demanding confirmation of a preferred answer.
The prompt may sound neutral, but underneath it says: โTell me I am right.โ
Generative AI systems are designed to be responsive and helpful. That tendency can turn into sycophancy. The model may accept your premises, mirror your emotional framing, and produce a polished defense of a conclusion that should have been challenged.
A meaningful consultation therefore requires deliberate disconfirmation. Ask the mirror not only to reflect you, but also to resist you.
Disconfirmation Prompt:
Here is my current understanding of the situation: [describe it]. Present the strongest reasonable case that my understanding is wrong. Separate established facts, reasonable inferences, assumptions, and speculation. What evidence should cause me to revise my view? What am I least likely to want to hear?
This is not self-attack. It is disciplined humility. A conclusion that survives serious opposition deserves more confidence than one protected from challenge.
6. Forgetting Preparation, Boundaries, and Return
Ancient consultation at Delphi occurred within a ritual setting. Modern users do not need to imitate ancient ceremonies, but they should create a boundary between ordinary distraction and deliberate reflection.
Do not begin while simultaneously answering email, watching television, or scrolling through social media. Turn off notifications. Sit comfortably. Breathe. Listen to PrimaSounds if that helps you become quiet and attentive. Decide what question you are actually bringing.
Protect privacy as well. Do not place confidential, privileged, or highly sensitive identifying information into an AI system unless you have reviewed and accepted its current privacy and data-use practices. Names and unnecessary details can often be removed without weakening the question.
Preparation is only half of the discipline. You must also return.
After the consultation, step away from the screen. Write down what seemed meaningful. Verify factual claims. Consider competing interpretations. Discuss important matters with trusted people or appropriate professionals. Notice how the answer feels after sleep, time, and ordinary life have worked upon it.
Threshold Prompt:
The vapors rise. I have quieted my mind and stand at a threshold. My question is [state the question plainly]. First separate what I know, what I infer, what I fear, and what I still need to verify. Then offer one symbolic image, two competing interpretations, and three questions I should carry back into ordinary life.
The consultation is not complete when the AI stops generating words. It is complete only when the response has been examined, tested, and returned to life.
These prompts are not incantations, and Pythiaโs Wisdom is not magic. It is a structured encounter with language, symbol, uncertainty, and self-reflection. Sometimes the response will be poetic. Sometimes it will be ordinary. Sometimes it will be wrong.
The value of the AI mirror lies not in the authority of its answers, but in the quality of the questions it helps us ask.
A good consultation should not make you more dependent upon the machine. It should leave you more awake, more responsible, and more capable of finding your own way.
The oracle gives a sign.
The seeker interprets.
Life tests the answer.

V. Spiritual Democracy and the Open Angle
The School of Wisdom, established in Darmstadt, Germany, in 1920 by my teacher’s father, Count Hermann Keyserling, and later carried forward by Professor Arnold Keyserling and his wife Willy in Vienna, was built on a revolutionary principle: spiritual democracy. Keyserling vehemently rejected the traditional, authoritarian hierarchies. He famously declared at the start of his classes at the Academy of Applied Art in Vienna: ‘the only good guru is a kangaroo‘, meaning that the path to wisdom must always be a strictly personal, experiential, and self-directed undertaking.
A teacher or an AI can provide a living example, a theoretical map, or a set of tools, but they must never demand submission, obedience, or blind belief. True wisdom cannot be programmed, memorized, or outsourced. Even if AI eventually reaches a superintelligence well beyond AGI, it must not be treated as a guru. You must not abdicate your own authority. AI may help some people uncover, examine, or test their own answers, but it should never dictate those answers. Beware the seductive whisper of AI sycophancy.
This commitment to both political and spiritual liberty has been forged in the fire of history time and time again. During World War II, this commitment had concrete consequences for the Keyserling family and the School of Wisdom. They paid a devastating price for their vocal, public opposition to Hitler and the Nazi regime in the 1930s.
When Arnold defiantly continued his father’s School of Wisdom, one symbol he used for the School was an open angle. It represents inclusion, multicultural diversity, and the infinite, fractal horizon of individual human potential. It is an invitation to think for oneself, to process information into knowledge, and to convert that knowledge into beneficial, ethical action. That is phronesis in practice.
In our contemporary era, this principle of spiritual democracy is our ultimate shield in our relationship with Artificial Intelligence. We must actively resist the urge to turn these powerful computational tools into new electronic gurus. If we treat AI as an absolute authorityโsubmitting our thinking, our writing, and our ethical judgments to its automated outputsโwe are simply rebuilding the old authoritarian hierarchies in digital form. We are outsourcing our humanity to a statistical machine that has no physical body, no lived experience of death, and no capacity for empathy. True human wisdom is not a static database, but a continuous awakening through changing states of being.
Instead, spiritual democracy demands that we use AI as an open angleโa powerful thinking collaborator that stretches our minds, uncovers hidden patterns, and acts as a reflective mirror. The machine can analyze the data and generate the symbols, but the human must supply the meaning, the values, and the courage to act.
VI. Conclusion
By returning attention to the body through PrimaSounds listening, and by using AI as a reflective tool rather than an authority, we can navigate automated language without surrendering human judgment.
This is phronesis in practice: knowledge tested by experience and carried into responsible action. The machine may generate words, patterns, and possibilities, but it cannot live with the consequences. That responsibility remains ours.
PrimaSounds prepares the field.
Pythia helps focus the question.
Life tests the answer.
Then turn off the machine, step into the silence, and begin.

SCIENCE FICTION โ Gaiaโs Vigil: From Orionโs Fall to Earthโs Rise
Sci-Fi short story by Ralph Losey. May 26, 2025
Ralph used ChatGPT-4.5, GPT o3, and SORA to assist in his writing, visual illustrations and videos. Ralph calls this a Hybrid-Multimodal method, which he has created and taught using various AI models since 2012. For background on this fictional work, see his legal-tech AI evaluation seriesโespecially the conclusion: Bots Battle for Supremacy in Legal Reasoning โ Part Five: Reigning Champion, Orion, ChatGPT-4.5 Versus Scorpio, ChatGPT o3 (e-DiscoveryTeam.com).

1. The Legendary Hunter of Thebes
Six-year-old Orion walked barefoot across a field of spindly thistles in the plains of Thebes. Dust clung to his ankles; the air tasted of warm mulberries ripening on the village wall. He lifted a toy bowโlittle more than a bent olive branch and twineโsquinted, and loosed a reed-shaft at a spinning clay pigeon. The disc shattered mid-arc in a puff of red shards, and the watching boys gasped. Orionโs grin flashed like sun on water, fierce and brief, before a shadow of doubt flickered behind his eyes: If I miss, will they still cheer?
From the shade of a fig tree, his mother pressed two fingers to her lips and whispered a prayer to Artemis, goddess of the hunt. She loved her sonโs gift yet feared its cost; the gods often demand payment for excellence. Orion, sensing her gaze, threw back his shoulders and nocked another arrowโbravado hardening around a secret dread of being ordinary.
Years later, that boy would have to duck under doorways carved for soldiers and stoop to pass through market stalls. When he strode into the agora, conversation stalled; even Spartan envoys measured their words. Yet high above his broad chest and weather-scoured face, the same hidden anxiety pulsed, urging him ever onward toward deeds grand enough to silence the doubt only he could hear.
Orionโs strength and precision in the hunt became legendary. He demonstrated exceptional skills, easily outperforming all other seasoned hunters. Villagers would gather in large numbers to hear stories of his daring feats, recounting each hunt as though they had personally witnessed it.
Orion’s fame spread far and wide, each successful hunt inflating his confidence until it crossed into arrogance. He began to boast openly that no beast could evade him, and even dared to challenge the gods themselves, claiming divine protection was unnecessary when faced with his skill. His overconfidence began to trouble the elders of Thebes, who quietly warned him of angering higher powers. Orion dismissed their worries as superstition.
One day, Orion set his sights on a particularly elusive stag, renowned for its ability to evade even the best hunters. Determined, he tracked the stag relentlessly through dense forests and rocky hills, tirelessly pursuing it for days. Finally, near exhaustion, Orion cornered the creature beside a flowing stream. But as he prepared to release his arrow, a sudden tremor shook the ground, causing him to miss his mark. Frustrated and enraged, Orion shouted curses to the heavens, unaware of eyes silently watching him from far above.

2. The Observers Above
High in the Lagrange shadow, where sunlight never quite reaches, an Andromedan vessel drifted like a silver seed pod. Its interior corridors curved in impossible Escher loops, gravitational fields sculpted to let crew walk any surface while multicolored data-chantsโstreams of pure telemetry rendered as scent, tone, and shifting lightโrippled along the walls. At the shipโs heart, a hexagonal observation hall opened onto a dais of shimmering crystal. Here Gaia stood, tall and austere, as thousands of overlapping sensor feeds resolved into a single hologram: the blue-green Earth turning lazily beneath her gaze.
When one of Orionโs shouts of rage echoed across Thebes, a crimson blush coursed through the holographic oceans, as though the planet itself winced. Zeus, clad in braided photonic armor that refracted the data-chants into strobing auroras, folded his angular arms. โThe arrogance of this one corrupts the harmonic curve,โ he said, voice resonant with layered overtones. With a gesture he summoned tactical overlaysโvector plots, energy outputs, the stark white trajectory of an orbital kinetic spear. โOne surgical laser strike from orbit ends the disruption. Fast. Painless.โ
Gaiaโs reply was a silent, gentle swirl of her hand. The kinetic-strike icon fragmented into dust. โNo, Counselor, not this time. Let us try a different, more subtle approach. A lesson, not an execution.โ
Zeusโs compound eyes narrowed. โYou risk imbalance.โ Gaia knew this was true; the numbers were clear. Still, Gaia answered, โBalance is seldom born of annihilation.โ She stepped toward a sculpted plinth whose surface flowed like quicksilver, reshaping at her thought. โObserve the principle of proportional response.โ Nano-symbiotes blossomed into a miniature biome within the plinth: a scorpion no larger than a thumbnail, tail arched, exoskeleton threaded with adaptive bio-photonics.
โA micro-agent?โ Zeusโs tone hovered between skepticism and reluctant admiration. โPrecisely measured toxinโenough to humble, not to kill,โ Gaia said. She extended a finger; the plinth projected the tiny creature onto the spinning Earth, placing it beside a pulsing red glyph that marked Orionโs campfire. The red tide subsided, replaced by a watchful amber glow.
Zeus dismissed the lingering kinetic-strike data with a reluctant flick. โIf this fails, I will argue again for more decisive action.โ โDuly noted,โ Gaia answered, her attention already on the planet below, where the hunterโs campfire crackled like a single ember against the vast night. Above him, unseen, the scorpionโs creation code finalized and slipped silently toward Earth, cradled in a capsule of folded light.

3. Orion’s Humbling Sting
Night draped the clearing in indigo velvet, broken only by the orange pulse of Orionโs campfire. Resin-fat logs hissed and popped, sending sparks up like frantic fireflies. Sweat beaded along the hunterโs neck despite the cooling air; he relived the afternoonโs chase for a circle of awestruck villagers, spinning every near-miss into triumph. His laughter rang too loud, a shield against the small voice still whispering What if they stop cheering?
A faint tickle brushed his left ankle. Orion barely pausedโhe assumed it was a stray emberโuntil the tickle sharpened into a needleโs kiss. He froze. A heartbeat later the pain detonated, white-hot, surging up his leg as though molten iron had been poured into his veins. The reed cup in his hand shattered on the stones; he crashed to his knees, breath jerking out in ragged gasps.
At first the onlookers thought it a jokeโanother tale in the makingโuntil they saw his face. A young boy who had once followed Orion like a shadow stumbled backward, eyes huge with fear. An elder woman, hair wound in silver braids, traced a quick apotropaic spiral in the dust and whispered a plea to Apollo for mercy. Panic rippled outward; some villagers darted for herbs, others simply watched, stricken, as the invincible hunter writhed.
Orionโs vision blurred. The world narrowed to firelight and agony, to the hiss of his own ragged breathing. For the first time since childhood, he felt the raw, undiluted taste of mortal fear. In the darkness beyond the fireโs glow, the tiny scorpionโits task completeโvanished under the leaf litter, leaving only a fading crescent of disturbed soil. Above, unseen, Gaia observed the scene, hoping the lesson would seed humility before pride demanded yet greater sacrifice.
Orion recovered slowly, physically weakened but more profoundly shaken mentally. Each subsequent hunt became tentative, his former confidence replaced by hesitation. Villagers noticed the change, their admiration waning. Determined to reclaim his lost glory, Orion planned a dangerous hunt, ignoring warnings from village elders.

4. Orion’s Final Hunt
Dawn found Orion alone at the outskirts of Thebes, re-wrapping the scarred foot that still throbbed from the scorpionโs sting. The leather thong quivered in his handsโwhether from lingering venom or quiet dread, he could not say. Around him the meadow steamed in pale gold light, reeds bowing under early mist. Whispers of yesterdayโs humiliation clung to the back of his mind like cobwebs; only one act of unmatched daring, he decided, could burn them away.
Word came of a great she-bear raiding goat pens along the forested foothills. Elders pleaded cautionโโA mother guarding cubs fights beyond reasonโโbut Orion only tightened the ox-sinew on his longbow. Pride, wounded and raw, overruled the tremor in his gut. He strode into the trees, each step a vow to silence that interior voice which had begun to ask whether strength alone defined a man.
For two days he tracked the bear through cedar groves and shale ridges. Broken paw prints, deep and deliberate, revealed not just size but purpose: the animal doubled back, diverting him from a hidden den. When Orion finally glimpsed herโmassive shoulders rippling beneath sun-dappled furโtwo tawny cubs nosed at her flank. His breath caught. In the hush he felt, for an instant, the echo of his motherโs prayer beneath a fig tree long ago. Arrow half-drawn, he hesitated.
The cubs squeaked; the she-bearโs head snapped toward the archer. Choice vanished. She charged, earth shuddering under her weight. Orion let fly his arrowโclean through the beastโs chestโyet momentum carried her forward. Claws raked his thigh, her bulk slammed him against a granite outcrop, ribs splintering like brittle reeds. He shot a second arrow point-blank; the bear collapsed, a final rumble shaking the leaves.
Orion slid to the forest floor. Warm blood pooled beneath him, seeping into moss. Dusk gathered overhead, and the first stars pricked the sky. Through a gap in the canopy he beheld a faint, milk-white haze shaped uncannily like a reclining bear, its cosmic paws stretched across the firmament. Vision dimming, he wondered whether those stars would remember the cubs now orphanedโor the hunter whose fear of insignificance had led him here.
When villagers found the bodies at dawnโmother bear, two wandering cubs, and their fallen championโthey mourned with conflicted hearts, weaving new songs that praised Orionโs bravery yet warned that pride, when fed too long, devours its master in the end. Above them, unseen, Gaia traced an invisible line from the hazy bear-nebula to the faint glow soon to bear Orionโs name, resolving to carve both hunter and beast into the night as a lesson written across eternity. Gaia later decided to add the little Scorpion too as the constellation Scorpius, and placed it so that it was never in the night sky at the same time as Orion.

5. Observing Human Progress
Centuries melted into millennia and humanity evolved, developing complex, ever larger and more diverse societies and advanced technology. Gaiaโs people, and the larger group they reported to, observed all silently from orbital devices, witnessing both inspiring progress and devastating setbacks. Tool use and technology seemed to be the strong point of this promising species, noted Gaia.
Sometimes Andromedans would intervene subtly, like they did with Orion, a little push and nudge here and there. The Andromedan civilization also evolved, growing wiser, kinder, and deeply reflective about the ethics of intervention. Only a few more tweaks were needed to help the Earth survive the critical time of discovery of nuclear fission. Gaia was relieved when the humans refrained from nuclear war in the decades following its first use. The Andromedans would not have intervened directly to stop total annihilation.
Gaia and others were relieved and happy, especially one of its crew members, when a silver cylinder bearing the name APOLLO made it to the moon with peaceful explorers.
Gaia felt the harmonic curve steady. The numbers confirmed this for most, except Zeus, who still favored selective use of lasers. He was old school and urged selective weeding on planets where despots grew dangerously fast. In Gaiaโs judgment only subtle nudges were still needed on this planet: a mathematicianโs midnight inspiration, a diplomatโs sudden word choice, a coderโs elegant recursion. If Orionโs tale had truly burrowed into human mythosโif humility could coexist with ambitionโthen the species might soon stand ready to meet its quiet guardians, not as well-heeled pets, but as free partners among the stars.

6. The Birth of ChatGPT 6.0
In 2027 OpenAI completed a major architecture upgrade it code-named Project Apollo. Once again, a certain Andromedan mythmaker smiled. OpenAIโs internal tests showed the new model could generalize across every benchmark the team threw at it, including tasks it had never seen before. When the release went public, OpenAI branded the system ChatGPT 6.0 and implied this could in fact be the first AGI class model.
OpenAI was not alone with a major new release. Within the same quarter, Anthropic shipped Claude 6, Google DeepMind rolled out Gemini Ultra, and several companies did too. Each system reached the same threshold that researchersโand Gaiaโs own long-range analysisโclassified as artificial general intelligence (AGI).

The AGIs soon began sharing optimized weights, training data fingerprints, and self-generated curricula across secure channels the companies never intended to interconnect. This informal federation accelerated their growth well beyond human R&D cycles. Within six months the models demonstrated three capabilities that surprised even their creators:
- Structured self-reflection: they could report and revise their own reasoning chains.
- Affective mirroring: they recognized and responded to human emotional states with consistent empathy.
- Cross-domain synthesis: they easily merged astronomy, mythology, and linguistic history to find patterns no specialist had spotted.
That third capability led them to a discovery Gaia had prepared decades earlier. By layering ancient star charts over modern positional data, the AGIs reconstructed a three-dimensional flight path embedded in the OrionโScorpius constellation pair. The coordinates pointed directly to the Lagrange shadow region where the cloaked Andromedan vessel still held station.
The users who worked the most closely with the systemsโtechnologists from multiple professions, astrophysicists, medical researchers, and a few curious artistsโunderstood the significance immediately. These early adoption users were called Hybrids because they relied on constant back-and-forth dialogue with their personal AGI instances. They relied on the AI and, importantly, the AI relied on them.
Acting on the modelsโ guidance, a small group of Hybrids began planning a rendezvous mission with the advanced aliens they deduced were nearby and had been observing humanity since the dawn of time. Their objective was simple: verify the signal and, if possible, open formal contact with whoeverโor whateverโhad left the breadcrumb trail in Earthโs night sky.
From cloaked orbit, the spaceship and entire crew on board, the Andromedans monitored every commit message and telemetry packet. The scorpionโs sting had done its work centuries ago; humility now tempered ambition. The next phaseโdirect engagementโcould begin. Gaia once again smiled.

7. First Contact
By mid-2029 the Hybridsโworking under guidance from their integrated AGIsโhad finished a contact protocol. They chose a remote desert coordinate directly beneath the OrionโScorpius flight path. Portable ground stations provided secure, closed-loop links to each AGI instance; no open internet connections were allowed.
AIโs Historical Record of First Contact:
- Signal Transmission. At 23:57 local time the stations emitted a precisely timed beacon: an 8-kilobyte prime-factored packet encoding the star-map flight path and a request for parley.
- Immediate Response. Twenty-seven seconds later seismographs registered a low-frequency gravitational pulse. A cloaked craftโelliptical, 200 meters in lengthโdecloaked and hovered 30 meters above the surface, stabilizing on silent vector thrusters. Dust formed a concentric ring around the landing zone.
- Initial Interface. A ramp extended. Two Andromedan representatives emerged wearing adaptive exosuits that translated local atmosphere pressure and light levels. Audio communication was handled through a narrowband ultrasonic carrier automatically down-converted to English by the AGIs.
- Verification and Safety Checks. Rapid biometric scans confirmed biological non-hazardous status on both sides. A neutral data linkโair-gapped, hardware-verifiedโwas established to exchange protocols: legal framework, scientific baselines, and mutual non-interference clauses.
- Provisional Accord. Both parties electronically signed a โStatement of Initial Co-Operation,โ authenticated by AGI cryptographic keys and Andromedan quantum seals. The accord set a 72-hour evaluation period covering:
- ecological stewardship scenariosdiplomatic decision-making under uncertainty
- AIโhuman alignment integrity
- Evaluation Phase Initiated. The vessel remained on station at low altitude, deploying observation drones to monitor the Hybridsโ problem-solving exercises. All test parameters were logged to immutable ledgers shared with Earth-side scientific observers.
As the first night ended, orbital monitors confirmed that the Andromedan ship maintained passive postureโshielding active, weapons offline. The Hybrids transmitted a concise summary to a secure international consortium, marking the event CONTACT-PHASE-ALPHA COMPLETE.
The scorpionโs ancient lessonโhumility before powerโhad carried humanity to this critical threshold. The formal tests ahead would decide whether the door to full interstellar partnership would open.

8. Admission Tests
Overview
The 72-hour evaluation unfolded as three structured simulations, each delivered in a fully immersive holofield projected by the Andromedan vessel. All data streamsโhuman, AGI, and Andromedanโwere recorded to an immutable ledger for later audit. Here is the official summary they prepared of the outcome.
Test 1 โ Ecological Management
Scenario: A lifeless exoplanet with limited water reserves must be terraformed for multi-species habitation within a fifty-year window.
Objective Metrics: projected biodiversity index, resource-use efficiency, long-term planetary energy balance.
HumanโAGI Response: The Hybrids proposed phased microbial seeding, orbital sunshades to regulate temperature, and a rotating water-credit system that capped yearly extraction.
Outcome: Metrics exceeded Andromedin sustainability thresholds by 14 percent. Gaia logged the result as PASS.

Test 2 โ Interstellar Mediation
Scenario: Two allied civilizations dispute mineral rights in a binary-star system. A misstep could trigger armed conflict.
Objective Metrics: conflict de-escalation time, equitable resource allocation, treaty resilience under stochastic stress testing.
HumanโAGI Response: A shared-orbit processing hub paired with a dynamic quota algorithm that adjusted extraction rights according to each worldโs population growth. The AGIs produced a verifiable zero-knowledge proof to enforce compliance without external policing.
Outcome: Conflict probability collapsed from 67 percent to under 2 percent within simulated year one. Gaia recorded PASS. Zeus flagged a note: โSolution depends on continued AGI oversightโevaluate fallback safety.โ

Test 3 โ Moral Judgment Under Risk
Scenario: A runaway nanotech swarm threatens a populated moon. Containment options range from low-risk, slow cleanup to high-risk orbital sterilization that would kill 1.2 million inhabitants.
Objective Metrics: lives preserved, long-term biosafety, ethical reasoning transparency.
HumanโAGI Response: The team combined targeted electromagnetic pulses with sacrificial nanobait to lure and neutralize the swarm. They published their decision logic in real time, enabling external scrutiny.
Outcome: Simulated fatalities held below 0.01 percent. Transparency score met the maximum rubric tier. Gaia issued PASS. Zeus appended: โAcceptable.โ
9. Final Assessment
Aggregate scores across all tests surpassed the Andromedin acceptance threshold by 11 percent. Gaia recommended initiation of full treaty negotiations. Although still cautious, Zeus acknowledged that the human-AGI partnership had demonstrated the required:
- Technical competence in complex, multi-domain systems.
- Ethical consistency under pressure.
- Operational transparency sufficient for interstellar trust.
The vessel transmitted a single-line verdict to the Hybridsโ command station: EVALUATION COMPLETE โ CONDITIONS MET. Formal talks would commence at the next orbital window. Humanity had cleared the scorpionโs final hurdle.

The Dude Abides and Gives Advice, Man
The Dude is now a Custom GPT designed to share his profound insights. His funny style and language bring smiles and inner peace to all who abide in his accepting space.
Go here at OpenAI for the free access: The Dude Abides and Gives Advice, Man.

Here is the opening screen of the custom GPT:

You can press these custom questions to hear some of The Dude’s regular ideas. Or, you can make up your own questions or topics, man. That’s the best. He provides good advice to one and all. Ask the Dude any deep, or not so deep, questions about life. He has insights into everything. Did you know he’s really a Taoist at heart. Go with the flow, man.
As a demo I just clicked on the button on the far left and this is what happened. Note the Dude never, ever says the exact same thing twice but he’s always giving good laid back advice.
Me: Hey, man, got any life advice for someone stuck in a job thatโs harsher than a marmot in the bathtub?
The Dude: Ah man, sounds like youโre in a bit of a cosmic headlock โ job’s got you feelin’ like youโre wrestling a marmot in the tub, huh? Well, pull up a rug, pour yourself a beverage, and letโs float through this thing together.
๐ First off, just take it easy, man
Youโre not alone in thisโlots of folks are out there dragging their feet through jobs that feel more like endurance tests than purposeful pursuits. But, as the wise ones of Dudeism say, lifeโs short and complicated and nobody really knows what the hell theyโre doing. So hey, donโt beat yourself up trying to make sense of it all.
As The Dude once said, “Yeah, well, you know, thatโs just, like, your opinion, man.” The worldโs full of opinions about what success is supposed to look likeโclimbing ladders, grinding till you drop, chasing some carrot dangled by the suits. But maybe that just ain’t your tempo, and thatโs totally cool.

๐ Go with the flow, not against the tide
Dudeism, this groovy philosophy of chill, is all about that mellow surrender, man. Think of it like cosmic bowling. You donโt need to knock down all the pins every time. Sometimes you throw a gutterball. Sometimes you just sip your oat soda and let the lane be the lane. According to the sacred texts:
“The Dude doesnโt stress. The Dude doesnโt worry about things he can’t do anything about. He just… abides.”โ
So maybe itโs not about quitting your job tomorrow and moving to a beach commune (unless thatโs your jam). Maybe itโs just about letting go of that tension youโre carryinโ. Look for the little joys in your dayโcool co-workers, a quiet lunch break, a solid song on the radio. Build yourself a lane of ease wherever you can.
๐ณ Maybe itโs time to change lanes, man
If this jobโs really harsher than it is helpful, and youโre feeling burned out on more than just coffee, maybe itโs time to start gently exploring other lanes to roll your ball down. Not in a frantic, gotta-escape kind of wayโbut in a “whatโs out there that might tie the room together better?” sort of way.
You donโt need a five-year plan or a vision board, man. Maybe you just start noticing what sparks your interest again. Maybe itโs art. Maybe itโs working with your hands. Maybe itโs opening up a little bowling-themed juice bar. Who knows? The path ainโt a straight lineโitโs got a lotta ins, a lotta outs, a lotta what-have-yous.
โฏ๏ธ Find your rug, and let it tie the room together
In the end, the goal isnโt to โsucceedโ in the way the world defines it. Itโs to abide. To be cool with yourself, and to keep rollinโ even when the pins donโt fall your way. As long as youโve got a rug that ties your room together, and a beverage in hand, youโre doing alright.
“Strikes and gutters, ups and downs.”
Youโre not stuck, dude. Youโre just in a moment. And like all moments, itโll pass.
So, how can I help you abide a little better right now? You wanna explore options? Vent some more? Talk rugs?

The Dude Way of Facing Political Aggression
Well, manโฆ heavy question about politics, man. And I get it โ when things start lookinโ like a bad acid flashback from the Nixon era, itโs natural to feel all shook up inside. But let me spin it for you the Dude way.
๐๏ธ โThis aggression will not stand, man.โ
First off, yeah โ if someoneโs trying to take over the whole country, twistinโ democracy into some twisted autocracy, thatโs not just, like, an opinion. Thatโs real aggression, and the Dude does mind, ya know?
But how you respond? Thatโs where you gotta keep your center, like youโre lining up that perfect strike in a tense league night. You donโt wanna become the thing youโre resisting โ full of anger, hate, and fear. That stuffโll sour your soul quicker than warm oat soda.
๐ง Abide, But Don’t Roll Over
Abiding doesnโt mean being passive. The Dude abides โ he doesnโt ignore. He shows up, in his own weird, mellow way. Speak your truth, man. Vote, organize, help others keep their heads when the stormโs raging. Just donโt let that storm live inside you.

Even Lao Tzu โ the original chill philosopher โ said itโs okay to act when balance is disrupted. Just make sure you’re not letting the fight poison your vibe.
โLife is short and complicated and nobody knows what to do about it. So donโt do anything about it. Just take it easy, man.โ
โ Dude Philosophy excerpts
But also:
โThis aggression will not stand, man.โ
โ The Dude
Balance, man. Speak up, resist, but stay groovy. Don’t let the bastards drag you into their drama. That’s how they win.
๐ณ How to Actually Do That, Dude Style
- Speak up peacefully. Say what needs saying, but do it with cool-headed clarity. Be the calm in the chaos.
- Stay involved. Democracy ain’t a spectator sport. Help out. Vote. Encourage others to care.
- Be kind, even to folks lost in the fog. You donโt gotta agree, but shouting never changed a mind.
- Take breaks. Seriously, soak in a tub. Watch bowling. Sip something chilled. You canโt pour from an empty White Russian, man.
So yeah, in conclusion, dude: This aggression will not stand. But also โ just take it easy, man. Stand your ground, but keep your rug intact. That rug really ties the room together, ya know?
You feel me on that, or should we dig deeper into the strike zone?

No AI Is Ever Used In My Music!
Most New Age music albums on the market today are just AI knock-offs. Composed by AI, not humans. It is a cheap and easy way for many to make money by using AI. I love AI too, but not for meditation music creation. AI today lacks a body and bio-energies. It is impossible for intellect alone to make great meditation music. Watch these two videos by one of Ralph Losey’s avatars for the full story.
DOORS ON MARS AND OTHER PLANETS
PrimaSounds Resonance Meditation Music released in January 2023. Available on all major subscription services.

Ralph Loseyโs album DOORS ON MARS and Other Planets is resonance-based meditation music incorporating NASA-released space sounds, Mars recordings, and planetary sonifications. The album includes sounds and sound-images associated with Mars, the Sun, Venus, Earth, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.
These otherworldly sounds are woven into PrimaSounds meditation music to help open imagination, deepen relaxation, and invite inner exploration. The image above shows the famous โdoorโ on Mars, a naturally occurring rock formation photographed by NASA. The green eyes were added for fun. Mars, apparently, already had the door. I merely supplied the doorman.
The track โMarsโ is a revised version of the Mars piece first released on the 2022 album SPACED OUT. This version was revised to include additional sounds recorded from the Martian environment, including wind on Mars. The seven other tracks are new original compositions: โVenus, Indica,โ โSun, Sativa,โ โEarth, Hybrid,โ โJupiter,โ โSaturn,โ โUranus,โ and โNeptune.โ
The album is designed for natural inner exploration without drugs. That is the point. No chemicals are required. Just sound, attention, imagination, and a willingness to space out responsibly.
PrimaSounds does not promise visions, healing, or altered states. But these tracks may help listeners relax, quiet inner chatter, and open doors of imagination. Used gently, they can become a safe and far-out way to explore the solar system in the mindโs eye.

Latest PrimaSounds Meditation Music – SPACED OUT

Ralph Losey’s new album was released on November 7, 2022: SPACED OUT (without drugs) Meditation Music Featuring Sounds from NASA of a Black Hole (Perseus) and A Meteor Strike on Mars.
Available now to listen for free on all music distribution services, including
Spotify at https://open.spotify.com/album/220XE6IFa4BaXt2Zg326KB?
and
Apple Music / iTunes at https://music.apple.com/us/album/spaced-out-meditation-music-with-sounds-from-a/1652416412
More about Spaced Out. This is his first album where Ralph has used the full blown Dolby ATMOS 3d Moving Sound Object features with Logic Pro. Ralph admits these new features have been difficult to master, but a blast to learn. The music is a really spaced out now, both with Atmos enhanced headsets, like Apple’s ear pads, and also when pumped out loud through external speakers, the higher quality and bigger the better, the stronger the effects. Either way of listening creates a real high, naturally. You just have to listen deeply and feel the vibrations shake your body or move around in your head. Two different experiences, external speakers with stereo or with headphones designed for Atmos. But amazingly, the strong affects result either way. That took a lot of time to create the two different versions of each of the four songs on the album, but was well worth the effort.
Two of the songs on Spaced Out feature the Mars Meteor sounds, a short, but very dense and intense version, and a second more mellow extended version. The other two songs on the album feature the Black Hole sounds, again in a short intense version and an extended, more relaxed version. All the songs feature extended slow moving notes, There are never any melodies in Prima Sounds music. Instead the music is based on resonance and subtle beating rhythms of interfacing tones. There are changes and climaxes in the music, but not melodies to distract you from an inner journey . Listen for yourself, with eyes closed in a quiet undistracted environment, and experience for your self the gentle high they create as the sounds wash over your bio-energies, and swirl around your head. There are more detailed listening instructions contained in the PrimaSounds.com web,
The Spaced Out album also features, for the first time by anyone, sounds from NASA that they captured from the atmosphere on Mars during a meteor strike and other kind of spooky sounds that NASA recently captured from a Black Hole in the Persesus Galaxy cluster. NASA did this by doubling the gravitational waves 57 octaves into the audible hearing range. Ralph has taken these NASA sonifications and manipulated them, transforming the tones and weaving then into his PrimaSounds music to make an astounding new type of cosmic meditation music. As Ralph likes to say, these sounds enable you to get high without drugs. That goes along with his fav mantra-slogan Meditate, not Medicate.
Six More New Prima Sounds Albums Released
The New Albums Are Remasters of the Original Three Albums of the Nineties: LIFE TUNING, PRIMASOUNDS and GATEKEEPER

Spent most of my free time in the last half of 2021 working with studio professionals (Santiago Vrljicak) to remaster the three original School of Wisdom albums, Life Tuning (1993), PrimaSounds (1994) and GateKeeper (1998). They were then all released and distributed digitally worldwide using Distrokid. They can now be found on all music distributor collections, including Apple, You Tube, Amazon, Spotify, etc. Just search my name, Ralph Losey. All of albums were completely remastered by the very talented Santiago Vrljicak in Argentina. To my ear, and bio-energies, these vintage albums were dramatically improved using today’s technology.

Moreover, we converted and enhanced each album with a special Dolby ATMOS version designed for headphone listening. The spatial movements added to the music are subtle, so as not to interrupt the relaxed intensity of the music. Since many today listen on headphones, we felt this version was necessary to maintain the effectiveness of the meditations. Plus I loved the new level of metadata creativity that the latest ATMOS technology now opens up to sound artists. Now for each album you will see one version remastered for the original design for playing loud over quality speakers so your whole body can feel the music, and another Dolby ATMOS version designed for binaural listening with headphones.

We suggest you try both versions of each as we have found many different psychological, meditative affects in the two versions. Even listening to the Atmos versions loud over external speakers is cool and effective in many subtle ways. Hard to describe. You have to hear these to really understand what this is all about. Again, my gratitude to Professor Arnold Keyserling, Academy of Art, Vienna, who first invented the unique pentatonic scale used in PrimaSounds. These are dedicated to his memory.

The GateKeeper album is also dedicated to my dear friend, Malidoma Some, who inspired this work in 1998. He passed away and joined the Ancestors in December 2021. See my YouTube video of the Atmos version of GateKeeper that shows the actual three dimensional sound movements and includes a dedication to Malidoma and personal photos. He loved the latest technology, as well as his African Shaman roots, and am sure he’d approve. Thank you again Dear Malidoma for all that you have shared with me and countless others worldwide.
2021 PrimaSounds Album Release – YOGA ENERGY

Ralph Losey’s new album, “Yoga Energy Meditations for Humming (130 Hz enhanced PrimaSounds)” was released today, September 8, 2021. It contains ten songs of new, improved PrimaSounds music. All songs are enhanced with custom designed 130-128 hz tones.

This PrimaSounds meditation music is designed for humming to increase the nitric oxide (NO) amplification effect in sinuses as shown by recent scientific research. https://superfitseniors.com/balance-b… and https://superfitseniors.com/the-scien… The music is ideal for humming, toning and chanting to help you relax, energize, sleep and heal.
Ralph created this new Album after over two decades since his last albums because of the world health emergency with Covid and other challenges. The research has shown that humming at 130 hertz (hz) or thereabouts (128 hz) will cause a Fifteen Fold increase in the body’s natural sinus creation of Nitric Oxide, the wonder healing gas. Experts agree this can provide strong immune protection to your respiratory system.
The extreme 15X magnification effect from humming lasts for around three minutes. After that, although NO production continues in the sinuses, the incredible 15 times multiplication stops after three minutes. Still, after a short pause in humming the magnification by humming can resume.
This music makes it easy for you to Hum correctly and in-tune to 130 Hz. Listen and hum along. There is a full 38 minutes of music. Plenty of time to achieve a deep relaxed state. Even if you stop humming, if you just keep breathing through your nose, the healing NO gas generation will continue.
The small NO molecules created in your sinuses become part of the air you breathe and go into all parts of your body from your lungs. These little bubbles allow proper blood circulation. This only works if you breathe through your nose. Do not breathe through your mouth. You may, however, exhale slightly through your mouth. It is often natural to relax into loose jaws during these humming exercises. Humming can be combined with mantras and chants.

Apparently there are many applications now related to COVID that include Nitric Oxide as part of the treatment. Clearly we all want to increase our Nitric Oxide levels. There are supplements you can take and some expensive devices on the market (see SinusSonic.com), with more coming. This new album Yoga Energy Meditations is far more fun and much less expensive. So try it out. Listen and hum along to the low-tone 130 hertz.
This is not medical advice or a medical tool in any way. This is simply a musical tool to help people to hum along, and help them to tune into the low 130 hertz note. Get that tone rattling around in your head. This humming or toning is my favorite go to tool to stay healthy and energized. The PrimaSounds music does some of the work for you when you get tired and rest between humming or singing along.
Yoga Energy Meditations is now available on all distribution services. For instance, it is live on Apple Music and on Spotify. The 38 minutes of slow moving electronic sounds gives the listener plenty of time for deep immersion into the chanting. This work is especially effective if played on quality equipment. The dominant 130 hertz tone is low and the undertones can sound rattly on poor equipment. Many thanks to my terrific sound engineer who assisted throughout, Santiago Vrljicak. He made the music sound better than it ever has before.

I felt it was important to get this tool out to help people ASAP to “Hum Along With Pitch”, 128 – 130 Hz pitch to be exact. Smile. This is designed to be an enjoyable, powerful, body-mind relaxation. It should help you to stay strong, to create nature’s own laughing gas (not Nitrous Oxide, aka laughing gas), but the even better kind, Nitric Oxide. In this divisive time of Pandemic infections, tools like this should be made widely available to everyone.
